Pine Cliffs Resort is seeking an F&B Reservations Specialist to manage all restaurant and bar reservations, optimize table allocation, and drive upselling while ensuring a seamless guest experience across outlets.

You will collaborate with Marketing to align promotions, handle group and event bookings, monitor capacity, and provide actionable reports to support operations and strategy. Fluent English and Portuguese are required.

Qualificações

• Specialized or University Degree required.
• 1–3 years of experience in reservations or related F&B operations.
• Excellent communication in English and Portuguese (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Manage all restaurant and bar reservations with the system.
• Maximize upselling through premium seating and events.
• Monitor outlet capacity and inventory for balance of guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Coordinate with Marketing to align reservations with campaigns.
• Handle group and event bookings including financial follow-up.
• Analyze reservations trends to support decisions.
• Maintain guest communication with personalized service.
• Collaborate with outlet managers to adjust reservations policies.
• Support loyalty initiatives via reservations interactions.
• Pursue continuous process improvements in booking experience.
