Job summary
Language Matters Company seeks a Customer Service Representative for International Export in Lisbon. You will manage orders and export operations, liaise with logistics partners, and resolve inquiries to ensure smooth order-to-delivery for European and US markets.
Fluent English and native or fluent Spanish are required, with 3+ years in Customer Service and export knowledge. Hybrid work, bonus opportunities, and various allowances are offered.
Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in Customer Service
- Experience in export operations, logistics or international trade
- Knowledge of export documentation and Incoterms
- ERP experience (Oracle preferred) and Salesforce knowledge
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Responsibilities
- Manage international customer orders and export operations
- Coordinate shipments with logistics providers and distribution centres
- Handle customer and sales enquiries relating to orders and deliveries
- Monitor shipments, backorders and inventory allocation
- Support process improvement initiatives and operational excellence
- Prepare and review export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
