Job summary

UNIT4 NV is looking for a customer-focused Account Manager for a maternity cover role in Portugal. This hybrid position focuses on managing existing accounts and ensuring customer success while driving the adoption of Unit4’s Cornerstone niche products.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal teams and partners, driving recurring revenue and supporting customer transformations. The role demands solid account management experience, with a focus on partnership, retention, and commercial performance.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Account Manager, BDR or similar roles within SaaS, ERP, or enterprise software.
• Understanding of subscription-based business models, including renewals and ACV targets.
• Experience working with partners in an ecosystem-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a defined portfolio of existing customers using Cornerstone niche products.
• Drive ARR retention through proactive account management.
• Manage the end-to-end sales cycle for renewals, upsell, and cross-sell.
