As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation and presentation, inventory management, and ensuring a high level of quality and consistency in our dishes.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the owner to create and update menus that reflect current food trends and meet customer needs
• Manage all kitchen staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Oversee food preparation and ensure dishes are prepared to the highest standards
• Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to meet menu requirements
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Monitor food costs and implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality
• Stay updated on industry trends and new cooking techniques to continuously improve our menu offerings

Requirements
