MAN Global Business Services Portugal seeks an Order Management Specialist to oversee the European order lifecycle, ensuring accurate entry, timely processing, and effective coordination with internal teams and customers. You will contribute to a seamless Order to Cash process in a dynamic, international environment.

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience.
• Business background or commercial training.
• Experience in B2B and order management or automotive sector.
• Knowledge of logistics or supply chain processes.
• Proficiency with SAP or similar ERP systems and Excel.
• Fluent in French and English; other European languages helpful.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced GBS environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end order management process: Order entry and validation in SAP; Order confirmation and follow-up; Delivery schedule coordination and monitoring.
• Process, validate, and maintain customer orders in SAP, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with commercial requirements
• Be the primary point of contact for MAN customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders, providing professional support and issue resolution
• Ensure orders complied with pricing policies, contractual agreements, and commercial terms and conditions
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction
• Monitor order backlog, delivery performance, and order status to ensure on-time processing and delivery commitments
• Support invoicing readiness by maintaining accurate master data and ensuring order integrity throughout the process
• Manage customer and sales team inquiries via email and telephone
• Maintain high standards of data quality and ensure compliance with internal controls
• Identify and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and order accuracy
