Job summary

Join Nokia as an Order Management Coordinator to oversee the end-to-end order process, from PO receipt to invoicing and closing, ensuring timely delivery and excellent service. Based in Portugal, you will coordinate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and implement automation to boost efficiency and accuracy in order management.

You will use tools like Excel, Power BI, and SAP, and contribute to SOX compliance and data-driven decisions in a collaborative, inclusive Nokia

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft tools including Excel, Macros, Power BI, and Power Apps.
• Familiarity with order entry, validation, and tracking in ERP systems (SAP).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Basic understanding of logistics and finance principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Invoice process with accurate order fulfillment.
• Coordinate logistics activities to optimize deliveries.
• Analyze order data to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Drive automation initiatives to streamline order management processes and increase efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with Order Management processes, documentation standards, quality guidelines, and SOX requirements.
