Air Liquide's ALEBS Lisbon unit is hiring for multiple procurement profiles to join a growing Global Business Services team. You will manage end-to-end PR-to-PO workflows, support stakeholders, and contribute to cost savings through Spot Buy and sourcing activities.

The role suits candidates with 1–3 years in procurement, strong Excel, SAP or Coupa knowledge, and fluency in English plus another European language. Hybrid work with 26 vacation days is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of procurement, accounts payable, or high-volume customer service experience.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP preferred), Excel, and Google Workspace; Coupa and SAP S4 knowledge preferred.
• English language skills and an additional European language are mandatory.
• Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving under deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee end-to-end PR to PO workflow with 100% compliance.
• Support stakeholders with procurement inquiries and issue resolution.
• Conduct spot buying and supplier negotiations to optimize costs.
• Assist in process improvements and training materials.
