Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Senior Analyst, Market Delivery to own end-to-end delivery for European markets from order to implementation in Lisbon. You will coordinate with product, franchise and technology teams, ensuring customer requirements are met and product readiness is achieved.

The role requires strong project management, customer-facing skills and fluency in English and Spanish, with Portuguese bonus. Willingness to travel and work from Lisbon office is expected.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; Spanish compulsory; Portuguese a plus.
• Experience with financial industry/banking operations and cards (issuing/acquiring).
• University/college education or equivalent with emphasis on business/IT and/or payment or bank card/mobile industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end delivery of business initiatives for the markets and own the delivery from sale to implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Provide delivery solution consultancy and pre-sales support for country/account managers.
• Lead structured project or program management for strategic initiatives with defined milestones and plans.
