Qualifications

• Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Freight Forwarding or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and a customer-focused mindset are important.
• Experience handling premium, urgent or time-critical shipments is a plus.
• Experience in Healthcare or Life Sciences is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the full lifecycle of time-critical and premium shipments.
• Coordinate transportation activities and shipment bookings.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams, management and external vendors.
• Investigate and resolve transportation issues in real time.
• Keep customers updated on shipment status throughout the process.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience while meeting targets and service levels.
• Support continuous process improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
