CrucialPoint is seeking an Email Marketing Manager to develop, implement, and optimize enterprise ecommerce email programs using Klaviyo. You will drive campaigns, automations, and content calendars, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver measurable ROI while ensuring data-driven decisions and regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes deep Klaviyo knowledge, HTML/CSS email design proficiency, and experience with Shopify and CRM/CDP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing email retention programs for a B2C eCommerce brand
• Expertise in Klaviyo with advanced features
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge for email design
• Experience with Shopify, CRMs, and CDPs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies using Klaviyo
• Optimize and improve automated email flows (welcome series, abandoned cart, win-back) and signup forms
• Develop content calendars aligned with client objectives for email campaigns
• Collaborate with clients and Client Success Managers to translate requirements into effective Klaviyo campaigns
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and address questions promptly
• Partner with clients and internal teams to translate business needs into actionable strategies
• Manage Klaviyo setups, integrations (Shopify, CDPs, custom stacks) and account infrastructure
• Conduct regular audits in Klaviyo to resolve deliverability, design, and personalization issues
• Monitor lifecycle and email performance via Klaviyo analytics and Google Analytics
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize performance and ROI
• Generate accurate reports and identify revenue opportunities for clients
• Perform QA checks on campaigns and flows for accuracy and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful email strategies
• Stay updated with Klaviyo features and industry trends
• Adapt to GDPR, CAN-SPAM, CASL regulations
