Algofy is seeking an experienced Email Marketing Manager to own and optimize email programs across multiple client accounts, primarily using Klaviyo. You will build, audit, and optimize campaigns and automated flows, translating performance data into strategic recommendations that drive retention and revenue.

Qualificações

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms.
• Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing, customer journeys, retention, and email automation.
• Experience building, managing, and optimizing complex email flows and automations.
• Experience managing email marketing for e‑commerce and/or lead generation brands.
• Strong client communication skills and ability to discuss performance, strategy, and recommendations with clients.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage email marketing strategies aligned with client growth, retention, engagement, and revenue goals.
• Own planning, implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of email campaigns and automated flows within Klaviyo.
• Build and optimize lifecycle automations (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back, cross‑sell).
• Audit client email accounts to identify opportunities across strategy, technical, deliverability, segmentation, automation, and performance.
• Analyze performance data and translate into clear strategic recommendations and next steps.
• Develop testing/optimization strategies for subject lines, content, timing, segmentation, and automation logic.
• Create advanced audience segmentation based on behavior, history, engagement, and lifecycle stage.
• Monitor deliverability, sender reputation, and list health; troubleshoot issues as needed.
• QA campaigns before launch to ensure accurate segmentation, tracking, and setup.
• Manage client communication related to email marketing and present performance insights to clients.
• Collaborate with copywriters and designers to align creative with objectives; support SMS strategy where applicable.
