Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking interns to support Europe-wide recruitment processes, focusing on coordination, planning and scheduling. You will learn to use the ATS, improve KPIs and candidate experience, and assess candidate fit.

You will progressively manage end-to-end hiring for internship openings, train to become an interviewer, and collaborate with a multicultural team and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and comfortable with multilingual collaboration.
• Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to create structure and deliver results.
• Proactive problem-solver with willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring across Europe with coordination, planning and scheduling.
• Learn to use the ATS and other resources to improve recruiting KPIs, process quality and candidate experience.
• Assess candidates' fit for roles based on profiles and interview performance.
• Progressively manage end-to-end hiring for internship openings.
• Train to become a trusted interviewer for internship roles across commercial, operational and product teams.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team and senior stakeholders.
