Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an aspiring HR professional to join our European internship program, starting November 1, 2026. You will support Hiring Process coordination across Europe and learn to optimize our ATS and recruiting KPIs.

You will interview readiness, plan, and schedule activities while collaborating with senior stakeholders in a multicultural, fast-growing company. Fluency in English is required; other European languages are a plus, and Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Currently completing or recently finished a degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management or equivalent.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel, and familiarity with ATS systems.
• Detail-oriented, organized with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and continuous improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Support Hiring Process coordination for Emmies across Europe, focusing on scheduling and planning.
• Learn to use our ATS and resources to improve recruiting KPIs and candidate experience.
• Learn to assess candidates for fit based on profile and interview performance.
• Progressively manage end-to-end process for intern roles and learn Emma's hiring approach.
• Receive training to become a trusted interviewer for internships across teams.
• Collaborate with a multicultural team and various senior stakeholders.
