Job summary

Emma – The Sleep Company is seeking an Internship Recruiter in Europe to support the hiring process across multiple markets. You will coordinate scheduling, learn our ATS, and help assess candidates for internship roles with guidance from senior recruiters.

You will train to conduct interviews for internships in commercial, operations and product teams, while collaborating with a diverse, international team to drive a great candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Detail-oriented, organized with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Hiring Process for Emmies across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning and scheduling.
• Learn to use our ATS and other resources to improve recruiting KPIs and candidate experience.
• Assess candidates and their fit based on profiles and interview performance.
• Progressively manage end-to-end process for several internship roles and understand Emma's hiring approach.
• Receive training to become a trusted interviewer for Internship roles across commercial, operational and product teams.
• Collaborate within a multicultural team and with senior stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• You will be responsible for supporting Hiring Process for our Emmies across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning, and scheduling.
• You will learn to use our ATS and other resources in an optimised way to improve recruiting KPIS quality of Process and candidate experience
• You will learn to assess candidates and their fit for our roles based on their profile and performance during interviews
• You will progressively manage end to end process for a number of Intern open roles and gain a deeper understanding of how we hire at Emma
• You will receive trainning to become a trusted interviewer for Internship roles across commercial, operational and product teams
• You will cooperate within a multicultural team and with a variety of senior stakeholders

Who we're looking for:

• You are available to start 1st of November 2026
• You are detail-oriented, organized, have excellent communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills
• You are knowledgeable in MS Office, mainly Excel.
• You have a critical thinking and a continuous improvement approach to day-to-day tasks.
• You are people-oriented and thrive through collaboration with multiple stakeholders
• You can create structure, have a strong hands-on execution, problem-solving skills, and result-orientation.
• You are currently completing or just finished a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or its equivalent.
• You are fluent in English, other European languages are a plus.
