Emma – The Sleep Company in Lisbon is seeking a proactive Recruitment Support Specialist to coordinate hiring across Europe. You’ll schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and partner with a multicultural team to improve speed and quality of our recruiting process.

We offer a competitive package (1250€ monthly with meal allowance and Coverflex), private health insurance, in‑house Portuguese classes, and growth opportunities as you develop as an interviewer from day one.

Qualificações

• Recent graduate or final-year student in HR, Business Administration, Management, or equivalent.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Fluency in English; other European languages a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support Hiring Process for Emmas across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning, and scheduling.
• Learn to use resources to increase speed and quality of recruiting.
• Manage interview scheduling and act as main contact for candidates and interviewers.
• Collaborate within a multicultural team to improve recruitment processes and candidate experience.
• Assist with applicant tracking, referrals, and recruiting events when needed.
• Opportunity to develop as an interviewer and lead screening calls.
