Besthire is seeking an Estonian-speaking Content Moderator to join our Social Media & Trust team in Lisbon, Portugal on-site. You will review user reports and apply platform policies to keep the community safe.

The role involves handling inquiries by phone, chat, and email, with full training provided and regular coaching to support your career development. You’ll work in English daily and use Estonian for moderation tasks.

Qualificações

• Proficiency in Estonian required for moderation tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English.
• Experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus.
• Ability to review reports and apply platform policies.
• Attention to detail and reliability in handling sensitive material.

Responsabilidades

• Review user reports and apply platform policies to keep the platform safe.
• Handle inbound contacts across phone, chat and email.
• Log details clearly in the internal system and escalate when needed.
• Participate in onboarding, coaching, and ongoing career development.
