Cross Border Talents is looking for a Content Moderator to join their team in Lisbon, Portugal. The role entails reviewing user-generated content and ensuring it adheres to platform policies while collaborating with various teams.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in Estonian (C2 level) and possess good English skills (minimum B2). The position offers a full-time contract with comprehensive benefits including health insurance, relocation support, and opportunities for professional development.

Key Responsibilities

• Review videos, images, text, audio, comments, and user‑generated content
• Ensure content complies with platform policies and community guidelines
• Identify and remove content that violates standards
• Process appeals and moderation requests accurately
• Apply content classifications and labeling procedures
• Document moderation decisions and recurring trends
• Collaborate with policy, compliance, and legal teams when necessary
• Stay informed about policy updates and platform changes

Requirements

• Fluent Estonian language skills (C2)
• Good English communication skills (minimum B2)
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to work with repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy
• Comfortable working within structured guidelines and procedures
• Strong decision‑making and critical‑thinking skills
• Professional approach when reviewing sensitive content
• Previous experience in content moderation, customer support, trust & safety, or social media environments is considered an advantage
