team.blue is seeking a proactive Business System Analyst to support BAU operations and ERP process enhancements. You will enable Agile delivery across ERP rollout projects, BAU evolutions, and change requests, acting as a bridge between Finance, IT, and Systems teams.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• Excellent English communication (written & spoken).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor BAU ERP and Finance system support.
• Review, prioritise and track tickets (incidents, service requests, changes).
• Document and classify tickets; communicate status and ETAs.
