team.blue is seeking a proactive Business System Analyst to support ERP BAU and drive continuous process improvements across Finance and IT. You will bridge Finance, IT, and Systems teams, manage tickets, gather requirements, and champion AI-enabled workflows to increase efficiency.

The role focuses on ERP rollout projects, BAU evolutions, and change requests, with a strong emphasis on R2R, P2P, and OTC processes in an international environment. Fluency in English is essential.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst, ERP Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of ERP process areas (P2P, OTC, R2R) and automation initiatives.
• Experience managing JIRA tickets in BAU environments.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, ChatGPT, RPA).

Responsabilidades

• Monitor BAU activities related to ERP and Finance systems.
• Review, prioritise, and track JIRA tickets and changes.
• Document and communicate ticket status and ETAs to stakeholders.
• Identify process gaps and translate requirements into functional specs.
• Support design and implementation of automation and AI-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, Data and Finance teams to align systems.
