Job summary

Sovos is building the future of tax compliance technology, and we need talented Technical Account Manager to serve as the trusted technical lead for enterprise clients, guiding them through implementations, deployments, and ongoing support while delivering real value and measurable results.

As a Technical Account Manager, you will lead technical projects, coordinate code deployments, and conduct annual reviews while delivering client-focused training that maximises Sovos solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in customer implementations, technical support, or similar client-facing technical roles.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese.
• Working knowledge of SQL queries and scripting.
• Familiarity with AI tools to streamline workflows and troubleshooting.
• Strong planning, organisational, and communication skills with client projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships and deep product knowledge.
• Lead technical projects from planning through go-live and post-deployment support, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Coordinate code deployments with internal teams and clients, ensuring documentation and delivery align with client expectations.
• Conduct annual account reviews and health check-ins, performing regular case reviews to ensure readiness.
• Deliver training internally and externally on software usage and best practices, helping clients maximise the value of Sovos solutions.
• Represent assigned accounts during emergencies, managing crisis communications with professionalism and clarity.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for product enhancements based on client interactions, contributing to continuous improvement and client success initiatives.
