Job summary

Sovos is hiring a Technical Account Manager to act as the trusted technical lead for enterprise clients in Portugal. You will guide implementations, deployments and ongoing support, ensuring projects deliver measurable value.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, conduct health check-ins, and provide training to maximize Sovos solutions for clients. Occasional travel and after-hours availability are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer implementations, technical support, or similar client-facing technical roles in software.
• Proficiency in English and Portuguese with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, building trusted relationships and deep product knowledge.
• Lead technical projects from planning through go-live and post-deployment support, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.
• Coordinate code deployments with internal teams and clients, ensuring documentation and delivery align with client expectations.
• Conduct annual account reviews and health check-ins, performing regular case reviews to ensure readiness.
• Deliver training on software usage and best practices to clients and internal teams.
• Represent accounts during emergencies, managing crisis communications with professionalism.
• Provide feedback for product enhancements based on client interactions.
