Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Customer Support Representative to help subscribers manage their accounts, activate subscriptions, process renewals and handle billing inquiries.

You will guide users through platform features, assist with plan changes, troubleshoot questions and proactively follow up on open issues through outbound calls, contributing to a high-quality customer experience.

Formación

• English-speaking support experience or strong English proficiency.
• Experience handling subscriptions, billing and account management.
• Ability to guide users through platform features and AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• Assist English-speaking subscribers with plan options, registration, renewals, billing and account management.
• Guide customers through premium platform features and integrated AI capabilities.
• Troubleshoot technical questions and provide clear, helpful resolutions.
• Make targeted outbound calls to follow up on and resolve subscriber enquiries.
• Observe user feedback, identify recurring problems and support service improvements.
