Job description

Join a leading customer experience team in Lisbon as a Customer Service professional.

In this on-site role, you will provide excellent support and manage customer interactions, primarily in English, within a dynamic advertising technology environment.

Key points

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal, a vibrant capital known for its rich history, picturesque landscapes and dynamic cultural scene, offering a high quality of life
• Work model: On-site
• Language: English
• Schedule: Initially Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 19:00, with two shifts (07:00 to 16:00 or 10:00 to 19:00). The schedule may later change to 24/7 rotational shifts with two rotating days off (to be confirmed)
• Compensation: Monthly gross salary, plus a welcome bonus paid in monthly instalments during the first year, a food allowance for each working day, and an attendance bonus
• Relocation: No relocation support provided
