Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal invites applications for an English-speaking Customer Service professional. This on-site role focuses on delivering excellent support and handling customer interactions within a fast-paced advertising technology environment.

You will work in two shifts, with potential 24/7 rotation later, and receive a gross salary of 920€ per 14 months plus a €2,000 welcome bonus, a daily food allowance, and an attendance bonus. Relocation is not provided.

Join our client as a Customer Service professional. This on-site role inLisbon, Portugal, focuses on providing excellent support and managing customer interactions,primarily in English, within a dynamic advertising technology environment.

• Position Overview:
  • Role: English-speaking Customer Service professional focusing on customer interactions and support within a dynamic advertising technology environment.
  • Location: On-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
  • Language: Fluent English proficiency required.

• Work Schedule & Model:
  • Work Model: On-site.
  • Schedule: Initial schedule operates Monday to Sunday from 07:00 to 19:00 across two shifts (07:00–16:00 or 10:00–19:00). Future schedules may transition to 24/7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational days off (to be confirmed by the client).

• Compensation & Benefits:
  • Gross Salary: 920€ per 14 months.
  • Welcome Bonus: €2,000, paid in 12 monthly installments during the first year.
  • Food Allowance: 7.63€ per working day.
  • Attendance Bonus: 40€ per 11 months.
  • Relocation: No relocation support is provided.

• Requirements:
  • Previous experience in paid campaign management.
  • Experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Experience in a Contact Centre or Service program for an Advertising Technology company.
  • Fluency in social media product usage and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
  • Strong customer service-oriented skills and availability to work rotational shifts
