Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an English-speaking Customer Service professional to join our on-site team. You will support advertising products, resolve complex queries, and help deliver an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced ad-tech environment.

You will collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering to handle inquiries, drive customer satisfaction metrics, and ensure service levels across channels while maintaining productivity and quality.

Qualificações

• Fluent English proficiency required.
• Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
• Degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Center or Service program for an Advertising Tech company.
• Fluency with social media products and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Strong customer service-oriented skills.
• Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently.

Responsabilidades

• Actively seek initiatives to enhance service and improve the overall user experience.
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and customer support for client advertising products via email and chat channels.
• Own and drive query resolution through collaboration with in-house Product Operations & Engineering groups for generic, technical, or product queries.
• Drive overall Customer Satisfaction metrics, ensuring service quality through the case journey and providing regular updates across touch points.
• Drive adherence to service levels across channels and achieve best-in-class productivity, impacting resolution times for end customers.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features and common issue types.
