Marley Spoon is seeking a Customer Care Expert to support our English-speaking customers from Lisbon. You will be a key contact across phone, email, chat and social media, delivering friendly and solution-focused support.

Work closely with our Lisbon team to reflect the Marley Spoon experience—supportive, efficient, and customer-focused, with opportunities to drive proactive care and customer satisfaction.

Qualificações

• Fluent English is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a hands-on approach to problem solving.
• Curious, eager to learn, and quick to apply new knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as main contact for English-speaking customers across phone, email, chat and social media.
• Provide timely, thoughtful support and resolve questions.
• Make outbound calls to engage and strengthen relationships.
• Contribute ideas to improve proactive care.
• Own projects from planning through execution and reporting.
