CloserHire is partnering with a global leader in digital advertising solutions to recruit an English-speaking B2B Advertising Support Specialist for their team in Lisbon. You will support advertisers with technical troubleshooting, platform guidance, and optimization insights to ensure a seamless user experience.

In this full-time position, you will handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat, diagnose issues, and work with Product, Operations & Engineering

Qualificações

• Native or C2 level of English.
• Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory.
• Experience with online campaigns and Digital Marketing.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre, Service Program, or Advertising Technology company is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat.

• Drive query resolution by collaborating with internal Product, Operations & Engineering teams.
• Provide timely, accurate updates to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Your Role Handle end-to-end troubleshooting for advertising products via email and chat. Diagnose issues related to campaigns, platform tools, and product features. Identify opportunities to improve the user experience from day one. Ensure service quality by meeting productivity, SLA, and case-handling standards. Educate advertisers on features, best practices, and common issue types. Maintain proactive, professional communication throughout the case journey. Share insights, trends, and feedback to support continuous improvement. Your Qualifications Native or C2 level of English Experience in paid campaign management is mandatory Experience with online campaigns and Digital Marketing Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising Previous experience in a Contact Centre, Service Program, or Advertising Technology company is an advantage Strong customer service-oriented mindset Good analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team A degree in Marketing or a related field is an advantage Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and develop The Offer Full-time employment with comprehensive, fully paid training.
