We are looking for Spanish Speakers to join our client as Customer Support Specialist to assist advertisers on a major global social media platform. Join a multicultural team supporting small and medium-sized businesses across Spanish- and English-speaking markets.
Responsibilities
- Providing B2B customer support via email, chat, and outbound phone calls.
- Assisting with pre- and post-sales queries related to online advertising tools and services.
- Guiding clients in navigating platform tools, resolving bugs, and improving ad performance.
- Analyzing trends and troubleshoot common issues affecting business users.
- Offering white glove support by converting email/chat cases into proactive outbound assistance.
Requirements
- Fluent in Spanish (C2 and higher, written and spoken) and English (B2 level or higher, written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service or digital marketing is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask using various tools and systems.
- EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work authorization required.
Location
Work onsite in Lisbon's modern business center, with easy access to metro, bus, and train lines.
Package
- Relocation support for international candidates (housing included) or those moving from a distance over 100 km away from Lisbon
- Competitive monthly gross salary of up to 1,366.16, including:
- Base salary + meal, holiday, and Christmas allowances.
- Paid training (15 working days) with a training bonus upon successful completion.
- 40-hour work week, rotational shifts between 06:00 and 00:00, Monday to Sunday.
- 22 paid vacation days per year, plus compensation for working on Portuguese public holidays.
