Business Intelligence Sales Consultants in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a customer success specialist to support B2B advertisers with paid campaigns and product troubleshooting on-site. This 6-month contract provides hands-on exposure at the crossroads of marketing, technology, and customer success.

You will identify service improvements, resolve issues via email and chat, and collaborate with Product Operations and Engineering to educate advertisers on features and best practices.

Qualificações

• Proven experience in paid campaign management.
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing.
• Experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment.
• Familiar with social media platforms and digital advertising fundamentals.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Responsabilidades

• Identify initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience.
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support cases across email and chat channels.
• Own customer queries and drive resolution by collaborating with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams.
• Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues.
• Drive CSAT by ensuring service quality throughout the full case journey.
• Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints.
• Ensure adherence to SLAs while maintaining productivity.
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on product features, common issue types, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Take an active role from day one in identifying initiatives to improve service quality and advertiser experience
• Handle and resolve end-to-end product troubleshooting and B2B customer support cases across email and chat channels
• Own customer queries and drive resolution by collaborating closely with internal Product Operations and Engineering teams
• Support advertisers with generic, technical, and product-related issues
• Drive Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) by ensuring service quality throughout the full case journey
• Provide clear and timely updates across all customer touchpoints
• Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while maintaining best-in-class productivity
• Partner with in-house technical specialists to educate advertisers on:
  • Product features
  • Common issue types
  • Best practices for digital advertising success

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who combine digital marketing expertise with a strong customer-oriented mindset.

• Proven experience in paid campaign management
• Degree in Marketing or a related field
• Hands-on experience in Digital Marketing
• Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service Program within an Advertising Tech environment
• Strong familiarity with social media platforms and a solid understanding of digital advertising fundamentals
• Excellent customer service, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

Working Schedule

Initial Schedule

• Monday to Sunday | 07:00 – 19:00
• Rotating shifts:
  • 07:00 – 16:00
  • 10:00 – 19:00
• 2 rotating days off

Future Schedule (TBC by client)

• 24/7 rotational shifts, Monday to Sunday

Compensation & Benefits

Salary Package

• Base Salary: €920.00 gross/month (paid in 14 months)
• Welcome Bonus: €250.00 gross/month (divided over 12 months)
• Meal Allowance: €7.63 net per working day

Health Insurance:

• Available from Day 1 (monthly payment)
• Free after 6 months of contract
• Enrollment requires a valid NIF and NISS
