FH Collective Academy is seeking an Operations Customer Expert based in Lisbon to support the advertising ecosystem of a leading American AI research organization. You will handle inquiries about ad campaigns, payments, billing, and account access, delivering empathetic, high-quality help across email, chat, and phone.

Ideal candidates have C1/C2 English, can work 40 hours weekly on a 24/7 rotating schedule, and are locally based in Lisbon. Non-EU residents must hold a valid residence card.

Qualificações

• Language: C1/C2 English proficiency (Written & Spoken).
• Location: Must be locally based in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Documentation: Non-EU citizens must have a valid residence card in hand.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (8‑hour shifts + 1‑hour lunch) on a 24/7 rotating schedule.

Responsabilidades

• Investigate and resolve user inquiries regarding ad campaigns, payments, billing, and account access.
• Troubleshoot technical issues affecting ad creation, delivery, and performance.
• Guide users through advertising policies, platform guidelines, and tools to help them achieve their goals.
• Deliver high-quality, empathetic support across email, chat, and phone channels in a fast-paced environment.
