CB Talents SP in Lisbon is hiring Customer Support Representatives to join our team in Portugal, working with Reddit. If you enjoy helping people, solving problems, and being part of an international community, this is the perfect opportunity.

You’ll assist registered users by phone, email, and chat, help them complete registrations, and navigate products. The role offers a great package (€1,227.33 total monthly gross) plus up to €300/month bonus, health coverage, a 12-month renewable contract,

Qualificações

• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES!
• Passion for customer care, strong communication skills, and effective questioning.
• Comfort using computer software and digital tools.
• Experience in digital marketing or platform support is a plus!
