Adecco Recursos Humanos is seeking a customer support specialist to join an international AI project in Lisbon, onsite. The role focuses on helping customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving account and billing questions, and guiding users through AI-powered tools.

The ideal candidate has native-level or fluent English, experience in customer service, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
• Availability to work onsite in Lisbon (Moscavide).
