Adecco Permanent Recruitment is seeking an English Customer Support Specialist to join an AI technology project in Lisbon, Moscavide. You will assist customers by phone, email and chat, help with account access and billing, and resolve technical issues.

Qualificações

• Native or fluent English (mandatory).
• Experience in Customer Service, Contact Centre, or Telecommunications.
• Interest in technology, AI and digital tools.
• EU Citizenship or a valid Portuguese Residence Permit.
