Job summary

Personalbuero U Herrmann in Lisbon is hiring English-speaking AI Customer Support Specialists for a global team. This full-time, 40-hour role runs on a 24/7 rotating shift, supporting consumers and business users and offering hands-on exposure to AI tech.

You will handle multi-channel inquiries, resolve billing and access issues, troubleshoot platform problems, and guide customers on using products. The role includes thorough training and growth opportunities in an international environment.

This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position operating on a 24/7 rotating shift schedule, with schedules provided in advance. You'll support both consumers and business users while gaining hands-on experience within the rapidly evolving AI industry.
