About The Role

As a Customer Care Specialist in Porto, you will deliver high-quality email and chat support to international customers. Your written replies need to be accurate, friendly and easy to act on, so you will take care over structure, clarity and tone in every message.

You will investigate each enquiry using the tools available to you, provide a complete answer where possible and **escalate** cases that need specialist review with a concise summary. You will also keep your queue well managed, responding within our service targets without rushing the quality of your work.
