Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a sales professional in Lisbon to drive new business with advertisers in the digital advertising space. You will join an international B2B sales team, building relationships and delivering solutions that grow advertiser campaigns.

The role features a fixed monthly package with performance-based bonuses, Monday–Friday work, and potential eligibility for remote work after an initial on-site period based on performance.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of B2B sales, outbound sales, or digital marketing experience.
• Strong English communication and negotiation skills.
• Legally authorized to work in Portugal.
