The role requires strong English skills, interest in IT/AI, and excellent problem-solving abilities. You will work a full-time schedule with rotating day and night shifts in Lisbon, with relocation and housing support offered for eligible hires.

Formación

• Fluent or native English language skills (written and spoken).
• Interest or background in IT, tech support or AI technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-centric mindset with passion for troubleshooting.

Responsabilidades

• Manage customer inquiries across chat, email, and phone.
• Assist with billing, account access, and subscription questions.
• Troubleshoot platform and basic tech issues; guide users through features.
• Deliver timely, accurate, high-quality support in a fast-paced environment.
• Support rotational day and night shifts as required.
