Job summary

Datadog is seeking a Partner Solution Architect (PSA) to enable our Channels & Alliances partners across EMEA and beyond. You will work closely with the Adoption Services director, deliver joint demonstrations, trainings, and value-led engagements, and own the outcomes of partner initiatives.

In this role you will align partner technical teams with Datadog product strategy, craft scalable enablement programs, and advocate for partner needs with internal teams.

Qualifications

Solid technical grounding with hands-on IT development/operations.
Demonstrated learning mindset and ability to self-start.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
EU resident with willingness to work with global partners.

Responsibilities

Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
Lead joint business planning with partner technical teams.
Support partner initiatives: demos, value proofs, workshops.
Advocate for partner technical concerns with internal Datadog teams.
Analyze partner offerings and enhance value via Datadog features.
Collaborate with product/engineering to prioritize features.
Evolve lead/best practices for platform adoption.
