Datadog, Inc. is seeking a Partner Solution Architect (PSA) to enable and train partner technical resources, align joint business plans, and drive technical collaboration.

You will advocate for partner needs, contribute to proofs of value, and help evolve lead practices across Datadog’s platform. The role requires a strong IT background, 10–15 years in a customer/partner-facing technical role, and excellent communication to operate across technical and executive audiences.

Qualificações

• Hands-on technical background in IT development and/or operations.
• Demonstrable track record in customer/partner-facing roles.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new Datadog features.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard, train, enable, and certify partner technical resources.
• Participate in joint business planning with partner teams.
• Support partner initiatives with demos and proofs of value.
• Lead partner enablement workshops and coaching on leads.
• Advocate for partner concerns with Datadog teams.
• Analyze partner offerings and advise on increasing platform adoption.
• Collaborate with product/engineering to identify new features.
