TeamViewer is seeking an Enterprise Renewals Specialist in Porto to own a book of enterprise customers across EMEA, focusing on retention and expansion. You will forecast renewals weekly with Account Managers, manage churn, and drive incremental revenue through upsell opportunities.

You will be a proactive, quota-carrying contact for customers, delivering value demonstrations, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth handoffs between specialists and account owners to maximize

Formación

Fluency in English is mandatory.
Experience in quota-carrying roles (inside sales, renewals or account management) is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Own renewal opportunities in Salesforce from outreach to renewal closure.
Forecast renewals weekly with Account Managers and Account Executives.
Grow revenue within the customer book through seat expansion, add-ons and upsell opportunities.
Hold regular customer conversations to understand adoption, priorities and risks.
Deliver product demonstrations and value conversations with support for complex requirements.
Coordinate with Support and other internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth handoffs.
Maintain CRM discipline and accurate forecasting across the book.
