We are looking for an experienced Email Campaign Consultant to join our Marketing Operations team. The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge and hands‑on expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) or Adobe Campaign, with a proven track record of designing and managing email campaigns, audience segmentation, and customer journey implementation. This role is integral to delivering high‑quality marketing solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Development: Design, implement, and manage effective customer journeys and audience segmentation strategies.
• Client Collaboration: Advise clients on maximizing their Campaign platforms to meet business objectives.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze omnichannel campaign data and suggest optimizations for improved effectiveness.
• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to gather feedback, understand their needs, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Task Coordination: Utilize tools like Monday or Jira to efficiently manage associated tasks.
• Web Analytics Integration: Apply advanced web analytics to guide development decisions and enhance site functionality.
• Extensive experience in email campaign environments, particularly with SFMC, Adobe Campaign, or Marketo.
• Expertise in configuring and developing HTML emails.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
• Language Requirements: Portuguese and English (C2 level proficiency).
• Office‑Based Role: This position requires you to work on‑site in Lisbon.
