Email Developer / Activation Manager (Marketing Operations)

Lisbon, Portugal | 12-Month Rolling Contract | Hybrid

We're looking for an experienced Email Developer/ Activation Managerto join the Lisbon-based marketing operations hub of one of the world's leading technology brands, a company known for its innovation, creativity, and global impact.

In this role, you'll take the lead on building and optimizing large-scale marketing campaigns and event activations across Europe. You'll code responsive email templates in HTML from scratch (not just edit existing ones), set up registration and RSVP systems, and ensure everything runs smoothly from invitation to event day.

This is a hands-on technical role where precision, reliability, and speed matter. You'll collaborate with international teams, troubleshoot live systems, and make sure campaigns look perfect and perform flawlessly.

What you'll need:

• 6+ years of experience in email development or marketing operations
• Strong HTML/CSS coding skills and understanding of dynamic content logic
• Experience with marketing automation tools (SFMC, Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, etc.)
