emagine is seeking a Marketing Cloud Business Analyst to analyze requirements, manage MC tickets, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will clarify needs with markets, support design and implementation, and help ensure successful UAT and deployment for Marketing Cloud projects.

The role requires strong knowledge of automation, customer journeys, and email campaigns, with willingness to work from the Porto office when needed.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze and refine business requirements from markets and stakeholders.

• Facilitate discussions to clarify requirements before development.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and other BA teams.
• Support the Design phase with business context and functional expertise.
• Act as point of contact for developers on requirements during implementation.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities with markets and explain test scenarios.
• Deliver training sessions on Marketing Cloud solutions and processes.
• Manage a continuous flow of requests across markets.
• Follow initiatives end-to-end from analysis to deployment readiness.

Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and refine business requirements received from markets and stakeholders.
• Create and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud tickets, including CJs, acceptance criteria, assumptions, dependencies, and open questions.
• Facilitate discussions with markets to clarify requirements, gather missing information, and ensure alignment before development starts.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and Business Analysts from other clouds to identify dependencies and define the best solution.
• Support the Solution Design phase by providing business context, requirements clarification, and functional expertise.
• Act as the main contact point for developers regarding business requirements and functional questions during implementation.
• Coordinate and support UAT activities with markets, including explaining test scenarios, expected results, and validation processes.
• Deliver training sessions and knowledge-sharing workshops on Marketing Cloud solutions and processes as required.
• Manage and prioritize a continuous flow of Commercial and Transactional requests across multiple markets.
• Follow initiatives end-to-end, from requirement analysis through development, testing, business approval, and deployment readiness.
