Emagine is seeking a Marketing Cloud Junior Developer / Business Analyst to join a dynamic team in Porto, supporting transactional messaging solutions and bridging the gap between business and technical teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including transactional communications, customer journeys, and agile product teams in a collaborative environment.

Your main responsibilities:

• Support the setup and configuration of transactional emails (templates, validation, adjustments)
• Assist in managing and updating transactional messaging solutions
• Contribute to the creation and optimization of transactional journeys
• Provide 3rd level support for production issues related to transactional communications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable tasks
• Support backlog refinement and help define user stories with the Product Owner
• Act as a bridge between business teams and the Scrum development team
• Ensure business needs are clearly communicated and implemented
• Assist in testing and validating solutions before deployment

You bring:

• 1–2 years of experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Basic understanding of transactional communications and email journeys
• Exposure to Business Analysis methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred)
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment

Must have:

• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Experience with email templates and/or transactional messaging
• Basic understanding of customer journeys/automation flows

Nice to have:

• Experience with Business Analysis (BA) methodologies
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum environments
• Experience supporting production issues
• Basic knowledge of HTML for email templates
