WLG, a multinational defence organisation, is seeking an officer to convert the new electromagnetic operations training plan from paper into delivery, coordinating with the coherence lead. You will draft the discipline baseline reports, support analysis, plan the training needs analysis, identify audiences across headquarters and facilities, and initiate communications with related disciplines early.

• Experience in turning training plans into actionable development work.
• Proven ability to draft discipline baseline reports.
• Experience supporting training requirements analysis and reporting.
• Ability to plan and run training needs analyses to close gaps.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the new training plan for the discipline into follow-up actions and development work.
• Draft the discipline baseline report.
• Support the new training requirements analysis and write the report that comes out of it.
• Plan and run the training needs analysis that closes the gaps the report finds.
• Identify the community of interest and the target audiences across HQs and training facilities.
• Open communication with neighbouring disciplines early to avoid duplication.
• Plan and deliver the inaugural kick-off meeting and requirements analysis workshop.
• Produce the monthly situation reporting and quarterly programme of work reporting.
