Wlgroup in Portugal is seeking an officer to translate a new electromagnetic operations training plan into actionable delivery across headquarters, commands and training facilities. You will build follow-up actions under the guidance of the coherence lead, and draft the discipline baseline report for review.

You will also support the needs analysis and produce the programme of work reporting. The role requires real-time EM operations training experience and fluency in English.

Qualificações

• Real time experience in electromagnetic operations training development/delivery.
• Higher vocational training or equivalent education background in a relevant discipline.
• Structured training design approach or systems approach to training.
• Track record in developing, delivering or evaluating training programmes with demonstrable instructional techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the new training plan into follow-up actions and development work.
• Draft the discipline baseline report.
• Support training requirements analysis and the resulting report.
• Plan and run training needs analyses to close gaps.
• Identify audiences across HQ, commands and facilities.
