EMW, Inc. is seeking a qualified Electromagnetics Operations (EMO) Discipline Coherence Officer to integrate the new EMO STP into all follow-up actions and development activities.

You will draft the EMO Baseline Report under guidance from the DDO Coherence Officer and support TRA development and the TRA Report. The role requires planning and executing the initial TNA to address gaps, identifying EMO audiences across NATO HQ and related bodies, and coordinating KOMTRAWS as well as ongoing

Qualificações

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• 3+ years post-related experience with a relevant discipline (or 5+ years with secondary education).
• At least 3 years in the EMO domain (education and training).
• Experience with NATO’s Global Programming Approach and SAT or equivalent training methods.
• Proficiency with office automation tools and LMS/web conferencing.
• Fluent English, able to read/write technical docs.
• Experience organizing conferences/workshops.
• Knowledge of military CIS and training in a military environment.
• 3+ years QA experience in Education and Training.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate the EMO STP into follow-up actions and development activities.
• Draft the EMO Baseline Report under guidance of the DDO Coherence Officer.
• Support TRA development and TRA Report.
• Plan and execute initial TNA to fill gaps identified in the TRA.
• Identify EMO CoI and Target Audiences across NATO bodies.
• Establish initial cross-discipline communication to prevent redundancies.
• Plan and run KOMTRAWS Kick Off Meeting and Training Requirements Analysis Workshop.
• Contribute to 2026 NITEC/IPB.
• Develop monthly Situation Reports to HQ SACT and quarterly Programme of Work reports.
