EMW in Oeiras, Portugal, seeks an Electromagnetics Operations (EMO) Discipline Coherence Officer with NATO SECRET clearance to lead training development, assessment, and coordination across EMO activities. You will draft baseline reports, support TRA/TRA Report, and conduct the initial Training Needs Analyses for E&T gaps, coordinating with multiple NATO bodies.

Qualificações

• Active NATO SECRET clearance is required.
• 3+ years post-related experience; higher vocational training or 5+ years with secondary education.
• 3+ years EMO domain experience in education and training delivery or management.
• 3+ years experience with NATO's Global Programming Approach and SAT.
• Proficient with MS Office, SharePoint and workflow tools.
• Experience with LMS and web conferencing platforms.
• 3+ years in development, delivery or evaluation of training programmes.
• Fluent English for technical documentation.
• Experience organizing conferences, workshops or professional events.
• Military CIS knowledge and training delivery in a military environment.
• 3+ years QA experience in Education and Training.
• Experience in international military/civilian environments.

Responsabilidades

• Integrate the EMO STP into follow-up actions and development activities per the DDO Coherence Officer.
• Draft the EMO Baseline Report under guidance of the DDO Coherence Officer.
• Support development of the EMO Training Requirements Analysis (TRA) and TRA Report.
• Plan and execute the initial Training Needs Analysis to fill E&T gaps in the TRA.
• Identify and develop the EMO CoI and Target Audiences across NATO HQ and NATO entities.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to address gaps and avoid redundancies.
• Plan and execute the KOMTRAWS Kick Off Meeting and TRA Workshop.
• Participate in the 2026 NITEC/IPB.
• Develop monthly Situation Reports to HQ SACT and quarterly Programme of Work.
