Multinational Defence Organisation is seeking an Officer to translate a new electromagnetic operations training plan into practical development work. You will draft the baseline report, assist with requirements analysis, and oversee needs analysis to close gaps, coordinating with HQs and facilities.

The role requires real-time EM ops experience, structured training design, and strong English writing to produce clear procedures and documentation.

Qualificações

• Real-time EM ops experience or related education in the field.
• Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with related experience.
• Structured training design methodology experience.
• Track record delivering or evaluating training programmes.
• Ability to build training requirements, run analysis and write objectives.
• Experience organizing conferences, workshops and events.
• Fluent English and ability to turn procedures into user-friendly documentation.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the new training plan into actionable development work under guidance.
• Draft the discipline baseline report.
• Support new training requirements analysis and its report.
• Plan and run training needs analysis to close gaps.
• Identify audiences across HQs, commands and training facilities.
• Coordinate with neighbouring disciplines early to cover gaps.
• Plan and deliver the inaugural kick-off meeting and analysis workshop.
• Produce monthly situation and quarterly programme reports.
