WLG in Portugal is seeking an officer to translate a new electromagnetic operations training plan from paper into delivery, under the guidance of the coherence lead.

Responsibilities include drafting baseline reports, planning needs analyses, running workshops, and producing monthly and quarterly reporting.

Candidates should have real-time domain experience, formal training development background, and fluency in English; familiarity with LMS, conferencing tools, and office software is preferred.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering or developing EM training programs.
• Structured training design approach, e.g., systems approach.
• Proven ability to turn procedures into user-friendly documentation.
• Fluent English with strong writing skills.
• Experience running conferences and workshops.

Responsabilidades

• Turn the new training plan into actionable development work.
• Draft the discipline baseline report.
• Support training requirements analysis and reporting.
• Plan and run training needs analyses to close gaps.
• Identify audiences across HQs and facilities.
• Plan and deliver kick-off meetings and workshops.
• Produce monthly situation and quarterly programme reports.
